The live monthly session runs for approximately ninety minutes and is recorded if you cannot attend live. Beyond that, how much time you give to the community and the practices is entirely up to you. Some members engage daily. Others check in weekly. The rhythm is yours to set. The Collective does not punish inconsistency — it just holds the space so you can return to it whenever you are ready.
